This scooter folds down quickly so I can load it in the car. It's handy for running errands at campgrounds. When I received it I would loose air in the front tire over a few days. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new tube for the tire. That fixed the problem.

bought this scooter for under $500 Nov of 2022. I ride it every day in the city! Got rid of my car. It has terrible suspension and the tires are small, but I find it perfect for city riding. It's hard to find scooters with a seat. Materials are okay. I mean it's a bit metal bar with a seat and a battery underneath. Pretty simple. The customer service is absent. But, I'm handy and found a place that sells parts when I jacked up the battery cable by riding off with it plugged in. Anyway, I do love my imperfect scooter. Hope you will too.

This scooter was easy and quick to put together. The seat is really comfortable.

I encountered battery issues earlier this month. My scooter was giving me less then half the distance it did before. I received a prompt response from Phantomgogo Customer Service and a new battery shortly afterwards. The battery is in place and I will be taking it out for a test run when I fully charge the battery. My only suggestion for readers of this review. If you replace the battery, like I did, make sure to use a socket wrench like I did otherwise you will strip the screws. You will also need a small tip Phillip Screwdriver, magnetic a plus. I am loving this scooter, as you can see by all the additions I've purchased for it. With the large wheels, riding it is smooth compared to other scooters. I rode it to my work and back, a total of 10.4 miles, going up and down hills, and over 3 bridges. When I didn't charge the scooter, prior to immediately riding back, I was walking the last ¼ mile. Another test run I charged the scooter in the break room for about an hour and my return ride was without incident. Overall, this is a very nice scooter and I will have a lot of fun riding it. My recommendation for future models are shock absorbers, near the wheels, to make the ride even smoother and fast swap replaceable battery, so distance is no longer a problem.

This scooter was so simple to assemble, it took me about 5 minutes to have it completely assembled and charging. I love the care, time and effert they took to package amd ship this product. Everything was protected and professionally packed. I took the scooter out for a ride, and I am so impressed! It is so much fun amd easy to ride. So worth the money. This product is rated 110% for me 6 stars!! Thank you so much for this wonderful scooter. Whoever designed this did a fantastic job!!!

It’s comfortable enough to bring on public buses. And it’ll take you an 1 1/2 hr away from the location you where.

It arrived on time, packaged well, no damage. Nothing was missing. Assembly took 15 minutes. I didn't bother using the air pump and I seriously doubt that hand pump would reach the proper psi. Used an electric air pump. First full charge took 2.5 hours. I found this interesting because I turned the key before charging and it was on the third bar. My guess is that it probably dies quickly after that third bar considering the full charge time is 4 to 5 hours. I read the instructions before I did anything!! I also did a ton of research on the proper way to use and maintain the battery!! Not mentioning everything I learned but there are many ways to mess this thing up if you don't know what you're doing! Personally I think that's the reason for most of the negative reviews or damage from shipping. I live in Kentucky and I have a significant grade on my way home, doesn't go on forever, maybe fifty yards but this scooter took me right up it with no problem. The acceleration is more than I expected. I never opened the throttle all the way and it moved at a decent pace. Similar to a bike. It is a tricky ride and I would recommend getting to know this before taking it anywhere with traffic. It doesn't handle like a bike at all. I'm 5'10" and I weigh about 135 pounds. I'm light and it's not big enough for large riders. For me it's fine. I've road this one time so this is an initial impression but if it holds up I will be more than happy for $400. Again, read the instructions! Do some research if you aren't familiar with electric scooters. It's not complicated but knowing how it works and how to maintain it is key. If thing stops working I'll do a follow up. So far so good.
